I am a hands-on OneStream Certified Lead Architect and former Planning Practice Director with 15+ years of CPM transformation experience across North America and Europe. I have served enterprise clients across the full delivery lifecycle—from Pre-Implementation Advisory and Third-Party QA / Delivery Assurance to Lead Solution Architecture and Post-Go-Live Remediation. I specialize in architecting complex Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting models, multi-COA global consolidations, and writing client specific business rules. I am a trusted advisor, skilled at bridging business strategy with technical execution to drive immediate client ROI.

Even though the bulk of experience is in performance management (EPM/ CPM), one thing that I've consistently done is to solve problems agnostic of the tool being used and provide guidance on how to solve it first with what you have and do the due diligence if there is a better path forward with the goal to reduce technical debt and maintenance.
